Libas Kurtas : Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders at Libas Kurtas (Zyraa Fashion) can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  2. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation through our website will not be possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Easy 3-Day Exchange is available.

  2. Return/Exchange is applicable only on selected products. Please refer to the product page for specific return eligibility. Policies may be updated without prior notice.

  3. Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.

  4. Mandatory Proof: To initiate a return, you must email us the unboxing video of the product at: libaskurtasofficial@gmail.com Without the unboxing video, the return will not be accepted.

  5. Returns will not be accepted for issues related to fitting, minor color variations, or print/design differences, as these may vary from model to model.

  6. You will need to self-ship the product to our office address.

  7. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Important Notes for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be unused and unwashed (for hygiene reasons).

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
